Description
The Rati Loafer is a handcrafted women’s slip-on loafer with a rounded toe, low heel and embroidered insect motif across the vamp. The decorative front combines fine-coil embroidery, beadwork and metallic thread details, created by women artisans using Meher Kakalia’s signature technique. Available in black textured leather, brown croc-effect leather, black suede and navy suede, with lining, piping and embroidery colours varying by style.

Our leathers are carefully sourced from the finest tanneries. For each supplier we look for specific characteristics that will ensure that the material selected corresponds in every respect to the products we wish to manufacture.
Every pair is handcrafted by women artisans in a village along the historic Silk Road, using techniques passed down through generations.
